I wonder if that's Thomas Wolf's site - he did say he was going to set up a Euro-Nova type centre for the French speaking world - but there doesn't appear to be anyone taking credit for it on the pages I looked through......

It is. If you actually click on the video, it takes you to another video hosting site (DailyMotion). The guy who uploaded the video is Thomas Wolf.

Confirmed. He emailed me the day it went live, and we've been chatting a couple of times about the cars and parts availability there. I really like some of the rear panels, especially on the yellow car in the first couple rows of the gallery.
