Pehaps a combination of 2 and 3? I'm not sure that the light grey top and black bottom of three balances too well, (possibly the grey is a bit light/wishy washy?) it might be better with the cone fill from 2, but personally I'd prefer it if the 'point' of the cone wasn't actually 'in shot'.... Just my two penn'orth - the basic concept is great! 8)

I prefer the bottom one Rick.

How about applying the colour fade (as used on the top example) to the bottom example so that "Euro" fades from grey to white which would give it a "metalic" look.

I wasn't sure sbout the cone fill myself, Alex, but I think you're right. That's what I get for designing after my bedtime
Anyway, here's another rendition on that theme:

And Phill: I agree completely. Alex is right with the grey being a little 'light' and doesn't quite balance - your suggestion of a metallic look might bring a little nostalgia to the logo so here's one for you (and I kind of dig it myself!):

I like the bottom one now too :clapping:

How about adding some colour to the Nova itself?

I was thinking the same thing,
Rick, I've PM'd you regarding a logo.

I wanted to focus more on the name and less on the car itself. I think if I added any more color into the design it might lose some integrity in the design.

Thats possible, unless it was maybe a very light colour, so as not to drag attention away from the words.

See what you think anyway, things look much better when they have been tested out.

I like them all to a certain extent and would be happy with anyone of them but if preferences are been sort I like a bit of colour in as well. Nostalgia is good but something with a modern hint may attract a younger generation of admirers.
How about the last bottom one's top with the first one's bottom. (the blue one that is).
