Yes it looks a great basis for a restoration, I only hope it's kept stock and unmodified as a real timewarp car.

The cheeky sod is using my snippet in C&SC to show "what a following these cars have", which is, er, not much. One fan in the events reporting section of a classic monthly has not translated into an overwhelming surge of interest, as far as I can see :annoyed:

Nice car though :D Just goes to show how many examples are out there that we don't know about... further proof, if it were needed, that these cars command little respect in the wider motoring community.

Sorry, I'm still a bit flustered following a discussion with a journalist from Auto Italia; you know the type - "I keep seeing you at Italian car shows, but this isn't an Italian car, its a kit car based on a VW Beetle blah blah blah..."

I wouldn't have minded so much but I was at the Haynes museum Rare Breeds show, where the Nova can at least claim legitimacy for its rarity value!

Nice looking car. And doesn't sound like a lot of work to get it on the road.

I sold her at the end of 2004 with mot and road tax not to the seller thoe.
He did not state what chassie parts fixed but I know what she needed.
The speedo cable did need reguiding as the did brake the cable after 100 miles I did fit 2 thinking back I did own it for 4 years :oops2:
As for the key I did think it was not that big wen I put that in as it did leave you with the barrel on the ende of the key

Think the last comment was in October, and I thought one of the members on here has bought it, but I could be wrong...... :dunce:
