No, this one is a new one, I'll try to get a look at it, I like the Fiat lights, I've mounted mine a bit higher than those, but they look good!

He had already noticed it but decided to leave it as is....... :coat:

I did just find a long listing in the 'classic car' portion of ebay for some old banger with almost no words spelt right - I don't know how they manage it, almost a talent on its own!

Re-listed yet again: http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/AVANTE-gt40-cobra ... 45f01b2cb4 (http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/AVANTE-gt40-cobra-nova-kit-car-kitcar-WOW_W0QQitemZ300381056180QQcmdZViewItemQQptZAutomo biles_UK?hash=item45f01b2cb4)

I think if he's after that sort of money he should get it through the MOT himself.........

Yep, its a nice car, but no MOT, no Seats, needs a bit of work :) no wiper as far as I can see, although might be there but not fitted. And he's probably looking for £2500 at least for it! Thats a bit steep.

Well he seems to want £3,100 for it (or at least £3,000 anyway) : http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/AVANTE-gt40-cobra ... 45f04c7fa3 (http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/AVANTE-gt40-cobra-nova-kit-car-kitcar-WOW_W0QQitemZ300384288675QQcmdZViewItemQQptZAutomo biles_UK?hash=item45f04c7fa3)

Don't care how smart it is - it should have an MOT for that price! Better rough and running MOT'd than shiny and not!

In his dreams methinks!!! Its a £2k car, if that.

He could get lucky, but logic tells you this isnt going to sell for £3100 or £3000. If it cant fetch more than £2000 (and only one bid at that) at auction, who would pay £1000 more for it? And wouldnt it be worth taking it in for an MOT? Even if it failed you'd have a fail sheet so a new owner could decide if its worthwhile taking it on. £3k is a lot of money for a non-runner!
