Been hacked about a bit and no glass, but seller wants it to go to a good home rather than make a fortune, (looks to have a nostril bonnet) I'd be tempted but too far away to be sensible!

Was'nt angelsdevil a member on here at one time?
Its a bit of a long way for me but might be worth the trip for what I want to do!

Was looking at that - thinking about testing a paint job on it that I've been wanting to try on a car for about 20 years...

Yes it is mine. Its looking for a new home rather than in the bin. Given up my unit and no space here to keep it.

Hi Alex,
Been keeping head down and doing my own thing. Had too many people with their own ideas, so decided to pull out of the Nova world. Building my last Avante at the moment and then thats me finished with kit cars.
Nice to see the site is still going strong.

Bit of a silly question, but here goes...

Would the shell fit through a normal size door frame? Has anyone tried it before?

Just wondering if I can get it through the garage and into the back garden... I suppose I could measure the door frame and check to see if the size is in the download area on the specs, but where's the fun in that?

...although I've just remembered I can't download at work... door is probably around 2m tall by 75cm wide, I think it'd fit through without the canopy on?

Depends what what your normal sized door is. If its a 3ft door, then yes I do think it's possible.

I've just measured the shell I have lying in my garden. At it's maximum height it measures 30.5" (without the canopy) and 67" maximum width. (It's a series 2). Too high to fit through my doorway by about 1"

Thanks - from those measurements, it looks like a shell will not quite fit through my door either. Unless it'll slip through at a slight angle to get round the extra 1/2 inch?

Maybe that's a good excuse to take the large garage window out that's in need to repair and replace that

Will have to wait to see if a bodyshell fits through my door, didn't win this one.

Hi Bushboy,

Yes - between Chatham and Maidstone, 5 minutes from Buckmore Park Kart Circuit.

A colleague of mine said he spotted a yellow Nova on a trailer somewhere in West Sussex over the weekend. Coincidence?

Bushboy,

Would be good to see - I'm not usually at home until around 8pm, but have an operation on my knee this friday, so likely to be off work for a couple of weeks.
