Hi it's a 1960 chassis with 1972 1300 twinport and was first registered in 1992 so not sure about exemptions as yet
A starter should draw around 70 to 160 not under load and up to around 260 cranking an engine
The next question you need to ask is how many amps does the starter require. I searched the web but couldn't find anyone that listed the
Nicely turned out but those headlights do look a little "lost" amongst the space provided for, maybe there is a way to make them look less so
