Did you consider the Red 9 EZ rider for the front? I know it is a bit pricey, but it does give you a more tweekable front end with spring rates and shock settings.

I dont think flocking is the way to go on seats it is not very durable and scratches very easily, it does look good on a roof lining though.

That does look compact, If you are doing joints in a very tight space on the car I can also recommend the gas solder kits that can double up as a hot air blower and they also come with the deflector...
