have you got anything to ref at the width of the front beam; the head only needs to have a tiny twist that can result in a different weight distribution between the front left and front right wheels...
totally agree with this; the fluid will raise pressure until it is able to operate the lighter hinge (with least resistance) before there will be enough pressure generated to lift the other hinge....
I think it needs to be quite a substantial weight to enable suitable pressure to build up on each side though, otherwise it may still 'twist' a bit? how heavy is a canopy with screen?
can't help myself :sorry:
...but I can just see paint splashed all over the car bodywork if they fall off :oops2:
so just bolt a seat to the middle of the plank and sit on it? `¬)
simulating the weight would be a good idea... basically you have a hydraulic system that has virtually no resistance to building up any kind of pressure, the weight of the hinges is virtually...
ok, was just a thought `¬) :coat:
so did your battery actually go flat, or are you not getting a good connection to the starter? Do you know if the starter bush is ok, if it's worn it can also make it hard to turn over `¬)
couple of links/info; the tunnel is the chassis `¬)

done, nice work `¬)
beats my tatty download from years ago with loose pages etc! :rtfm::cool1:
...or get this one mot'd, and start a new chassis to 'swap out' later :coat:
`¬)
agree, that colour looks perfect for the car `¬)
that's a shame, have you no where to store it until you can get to working on it?

that actually looks cool `¬)

just a couple of other shots just for fun (a very fuzzy indoor shot from Stonleigh too `¬)
Mine is a mkII which I bought from elams (was their MkII demonstrator at one point), and it has the location for the handle in the canopy - I do not have a decent photo handy at the moment, but you...
Very Nice Porsche `¬)
...I think the engine would fit into a Nova too... :whistling:
But the Porsche is too good to rob it of it's heart!
I also like the yellow Porsche, did you get any other shots of that one? `¬)
love the rear fitted bench seat `¬)
...other than that looks a good find!
did they ask if you had a body in there? (and you replied 'no, just body parts') `¬)
when you say 'the bits left' are you selling individually, originally said 'a job lot'?
If so, then I'd take the wiper bits/mechanism/motor (the motor fits the mechanism?), and I'd take the boom...
ok, so the gauges don't match my originals I think, so would probably only be interested in the wiper bits; did you have the original wiper motor (I think it was originally fitted to a JCB model -...
any photo's to show what you have; maybe interested `¬)
