Sure thing! I'd say if you have questions, give me a call.... but perhaps a Zoom or something similar to share screens?

That seat is amazing. Have you already said where you got it?
Try Onshape.com I use it pretty extensively and it's been great. You dont need a powerful GPU, it's all browser based and really good and 100% free as long as you don't mind your designs being made...
Selfie with sandals was the whole point! You ruined it, Peter! :lmfao:
My headlight buckets are different sizes by at least half an inch.
Hi all,
Been meaning to post this for a while. The grid is in Metric, 1 cm and then 10 cm grid. Hopefully it helps to create a pattern if anyone wants to.

I like that mirror switch/knob placement. Looks really nice.
Hi Steve - Yep, home brew fiberglass. I need to get some custom glass cut to fill the spaces though. I went a little rogue and didn't directly follow the shape of the existing glass. There is also a...
Thanks all, it's nice to hear the appreciation.
Brett - I see what you're saying about the 300 lights. The top one would look nice, but maybe a little too busy for my taste. I did consider...
I have the drivers side ducting all connected now. I have to make a fiberglass piece to fit the same area and dimensions on the passenger side, which is always up against the garage wall.
Anyway,...
Specifically CAD or will accurate dimensions work too?
That is seriously impressive, Brent. Amazing job.
No additional progress on the windshield yet, but it is sitting in the yellow canopy and held in place with tape. I have been doing additional work on the heat and fresh air delivery.
Fresh air...
I'll continue to post here and in my thread as well, as I'll continue to ask questions and get the community input.
Glass out of the Yellow canopy. This one took an additional 10 minute or so, but...
Thanks all! Phil, I appreciate the link. I picked up some panel suction cups from Harbor Freight and the windscreen came out with hardly a tug. It's sitting upright against the house n the dirt and...
Does anyone have suggestions or perhaps a good how-to video or site for replacing the windshield? I've nearly separated the windshield from the Orange car and might have the windshield out of my car...
I took a closer look at the wire running around the windshield, it is indeed a radio antenna.
The aluminum (or as you Brits say aluminum  ) ducting finally came in and got it fitted to the heater boxes with some 2 inch pipe clamps. The other end is, for now, connected to 2 inch black...
Pog! Good to see/hear from you again. I hope the weekend is productive.
Thanks for that info Gaisa. I did some measuring of 'stuff' and here's what I found, for what it's worth.
The heater box exit has a 60mm outer diameter. About 57mm inner diameter. ...
What I'm referring to is everything from this point to the body. But perhaps I'm overthinking it. How hot/warm do the heater boxes get? Hot enough to melt ABS?

Twice now, I've purchased these, and they're too small for the heater box openings. So either I have aftermarket heater boxes or I don't get how these are supposed to be used.
Heater hose to...
So after all my "fancy" designing I realize there was a MUCH simpler way to go about this. There's an ABS adapter that might work better, depending on the room available in the open space inside the...
Great Job, Brent. Very clever use of the laser level. I don't recall how I did mine, but I think I made a S.W.A.G (Scientific Wild Ass Guess) and managed to get it right.
Hi Lauren, from a aesthetics stand point I prefer the round headlight look. I want to move the headlights out so I have more room to build another/better headlight bucket wall next to the boot lid. I...
To be honest, I can't recall, but I know the pins do need to be locked into place so I believe I accounted for them.
