    Just a bit more done.
Managed a couple of minuets in the 'shed' today and knocked up a new arm rest thingy from an old plastic box, a bit of 3mm alloy sheet from a road sign and a bit a scrap red leathercloth and some MDF.

    good skills!
That kind of quality finish on the interior makes all the difference and is really hard to achieve!

Done a bit more and after looking at a few other pages I have improved the page by splitting it up, it was far too long as one page.

I did neglect to say a big thanks for the great comments guys, Kym and Paddy, so better late than never, thanks, much appreciated. Still slogging , slow but sure, new job has slowed things up a bit a working as a mechanic full time again I kinda lack enthusiasm for more spanner work in the evening or Sunday but I will get back to it, promise. Tried the link for our american cousins aircooled bits there prices are reasonable given the weak dollar.
Dual 34 ICT kit, dual port type 1. Stock engines 1300cc to 1915cc with stock heads.
These kits come complete with the carb, manifold, air cleaner and hardware.

Finaly seeing the wood in the trees so to speak,

    final brake ready to fit,

Just needs a little machining to make the axle bracket area parralel with the disc and on it goes at last.

I found an old mouse mat which will be the seal around the pedal cylinders and a spring for the throttle pedal,
(nicked from a box of buggy spares I got sent).
This will fit between the pedal and bracket
Think it needs a set of small pedal covers

Centre consul finaly ready to take the 4" screen for rear view camera ,

I have rotated the AV socket on the curcuit board 90 degrees as there is not enough room for side entry and then mount the whole lot in from the back of the consul.

Fuel modual final fit. (filter, computer sensor (MG) pump, and just out of sight the pressure regulator (set at 3.5 psi)

Peter nice to see some one making some progress.

Wilwood calipers look the dogs and unless yu are making a luxuary cruiser forget the pedal pads, who's going to see them?
