Wow, that looks amazing! Looks like it uses compressed air to lift the canopy?
That engine looks tasty!
Cheers,
Colin
THAT is the way to do it. Not a great fan of the dash, still looks a bit DIY, well it is, but shouldn't look it and certainly not up to the same standard as the rest of the car which is superb.
The opinions expressed in my posts may not be made in a sound mind and should be taken in the spirit intended, Jack Daniels is fine. Autism isn't something you get or can be 'cured of', it is the way we are wired, differently.

looks very smart, and nice finish. Not sure what the blue tape is on the drivers side?
It does say driven every day, but lists the mileage as '0'...
A lot of work gone in to it, and looks the part! `¬)
I must admit, although I have seen pictures of the Fiberfab Aztec (forerunner to the Aztec 7 of course) before, I never realised that it had a one piece canopy access. Very similar to the GP Centron concept from 1970, which started out the same way but ended up (some 12 cars later) with conventional, if rather shallow doors.

only Pythagoras can save me now!
Certainly every other Aztec I've seen has conventional doors.
An example of a prototype from China, the Techrules Ran, has about the same powerplant as we all have in our kits, 6 electric motors and a turbine range extender running on Diesel fuel...1300 Hp. They studied on the Nova's roof construction...in the process someone has flipped the drawings...
