EBay has removed the add and charged me for the listing even though I confirmed to what they asked. So frustrated as it was going so well. I've spent the last 2 hours trying to talk to a human at ebay to get fees refunded. I do want to sell the car but all against me at the moment

I think there will be a few frustrated bidders too! Best of luck in getting it sorted and re-advertised. Alistair

    Sorry to hear man,
but I believe that a 'sorted' top-end car such as this, should be in the £5-10k Bracket,
it is the right value IMO.

It looks like someone is determined to get the vehicle and has placed a high Maximum bid on it.

Looking at the vehicle itself, it is pretty brave to take an angle grinder to the front-end, but the headlights have come out great.
I wonder if they are IVA compliant (i.e. height wise?) might be a solution for the guys going down that route?

I first saw that headlight design on an EV sterling, maybe that was the inspiration

That wasn't the inspration to be honest. The truth is it was a evolvment of ideas. Started with a seat Ibiza i belive it was then fiat coupe then I spotted these on ebay. They are a conversion for a pop up headlight mr2. The shape was right so just blended it all to end up where it is today
