I think his BIN price is a bit high given its been cut up quite a bit, looks like the rear bulk head has gone the headlights and engine cover have all been cut.

Is it a mk1? I thought the bumper was from a mkII? I guess the rest could be MkI, as I only know that has the locating bits where the roof fits into the main body.

Will be interesting to see where this goes, as its not too much if you have a chassis. `¬)

No nostrils on bonnet so assume Mk2

Higher roof level too above windscreen so definitely not a Mk1

It is definitely a MK2, everything confirms that :

    - wrap around rear bumper
    - canopy with the raised eyebrow
    - smooth bonnet
    - non sculptured engine cover

I think the BIN price is high as he is trying to finance a race car Nova. Makes the complete cars with chassis & V5's we have seen recently cheap!

So who wouldn't want £1000 for it if they could get it - can't blame him for trying..... Looks like he's got a screen, and we all know what that's worth on its own. He's got a testing bid of £250, so it just depends what his reserve is set at.
It's a 49 year old car and everything works, just not always at the same time.......and it's probably about to get jealous!

Agree with Alex here, I think deep pocket syndrome is setting in again. Side panels present, bumper parts there, rear louvre panel is hard to find usually and sunroof and windscreen glass intact.

    Shell condition also looks ok.

Yes some bits internally cut away, but these can be glassed I. And don't have to be paintable.

Looks a much better option than the complete car I purchased to build the last one - if I had room I would snap it up and chuck it on one of Ed's chassis.

    Come on someone - it's a bargain
    All the best,
