    Its a French Scobra. While the Defi appears to be based on a Nova, the Scobra looks like it is based on the one-piece mould from the early Puma GTV (which was taken from a Mk1 Nova without permission). The Puma used a much simpler roof actuation mechanism that had ugly external hinges along the front edge of the canopy. I'm not sure how the vestigial convertible canopy of the Scobra operates, but it could be similar.

    It's a smooth looking derivative. I think there is some Youtube footage of a similarly modified Sterling (flat rear deck) which looks for all the world like a C4 Corvette!

    This guy obviously didn't go to the bother of taking a mould off an existing Nova to create his dream - he just used some cardboard boxes instead...

    OK, the panel fit isn't up to much, but in a strange Blade Runner sort of way, I quite like it

    Yeah, it's got a cool, funky, Brubaker box feel to it.
