Is there much difference in torque between the different wiper motors?

Got one last system to figure out a power source to.
The HVAC system. It requires two 15 Amp circuits.
I have 2 circuits available that can carry that amperage but its hot all the time, so I think I'll install a relay that will carry the required amperage and have it activated by a circuit of a lesser amperage (7.5 amps)that is hot in the acc/run position.

Got the wiper motor installed and started to run the wires to the BCM.
I'm using this contact strip so I wont have to run the wires down the lifting arms. Should make the install look a little cleaner , Other circuits in the canopy will also use this

Puts my 3-pin contact plate to shame![]()

Dash1.jpgNice unit, Unfortunately Mazda SUVs are rarer than Lamborghinis here. I use a 4 way strip which puts power to the 12v battery in the doors for the puddle and safety lights. Also used one contact as a door switch for the interior lights.

Thats another thing that I have to decide what to do with.
The dash has door ajar lights that come on to let you know that a door isn't closed completely.(also have ajar circuits for the bonnet and boot)
My options are to ground those circuits(there are 4 circuits left front, left rear, right front, right rear) so the lights wont turn on or wire in a switch to make the circuits functional. If I do that I think I'd put a switch on both sides to make sure that the latches on both sides are secure.
Got the electrical contact board installed today.
The only thing that I could test it on were the mirrors and the overhead dome light, nothing else is ready.
Its been a while since I played with the mirrors. I don't remember them being this noisy. Maybe They need a going through and have everything checked out and lubed. Just add another item to the list of things that need to get done.
Anyway everything worked with no issues.
