Yup that may work Just need the corner lights

My thought when looking at the lights was something like this. Make some accent lines to join the lights together

Saw these on a BMW 7 series and wondered if they would work. The lights in the Boot/Trunk

The inside lines seem to match the outer lines of the body in the current orientation. In the last picture you posted, put the left light to the right and the right light to the left. How does that look?
    Thanks,

    Nic.

Hmm, they definitely look better than your other examples Would the scale be viable?

These are by far the slimmest set of tail lights I have ever seen. I failed to get measurements on them when I was there last but next time I go to the yard I'll get some.

I like them as a whole bar, including the trim in between, but that still looks slimmer and I definitely like the LED style.
As for how it'll look on a NOVA, no clue

I think upside down might follow your body lines better

Spending a lot of time stuck in the summer tourist traffic in Marbella I find myself looking at tail lights, weird pastime,

Haven't been to the yards yet to get dimensions but from the editing program I have it may be possible to fit 2 lights in on each side
