Good to hear, well done man.

What is the plan, are you going to fast-track it to an MOT and sort out the rest once it is on the road?

We will therefore expect Bushboy to create a “Dear Diary” page for the benefit of us all ( with loads of pics) so we all share the journey with you 👍

I'm really looking forward to following this project Dave (& Bushboy).

Only word of caution I'd say is driving her all the way back home. If you've never driven a Nova, they can take a bit to get used to. Lack of servo assistance on the brakes, lack of power steering, lack of ventilation/demisting (esp if it's raining) and lack of visibility to the rear. If there was a way of getting her home on a trailer/low loader it would give you the opportunity to get used to her gently on short local trips. There are also a few stories on the Forum of folk stuck with technical problems at the roadside ... and there are those (who will remain nameless) who take their pristine road legal Novas to shows on a trailer!

Anyway, enough of that, enjoy having a Nova at last, and I can't wait to meet you (and her) once you get her home!!

    Cheers, Alistair
