One of the issues with Micks wrap copper pipe around the exhaust pipe was the dissimilar metal corrosion thingy, (Lauren will know the proper term for it). I have been having a little think about it & once the golf kart is on the road, or when I get to the engine bit, I will attempt to make & test an all Stainless Steel heat exchanger to heat water & then circulate with a pump. A little ways off yet.

    Dirk,

I have no intention of making stainless steel spirals. There is more than 1 way to skin a cat, or heat water in this case
