    Hi Gaisa,

    Nice!

However, when starting a relationship with a car like this, the owner says it all ...

"I've owned it for over 30 years, it's been a 'work in progress' .... and some day I'll get it finished"

Does that sound familiar to anyone?

    Nice bit of video.

Does anyone know how the engine revs are increased on a non ECU car when the AC is switched on?

I saw a gizmo fitted to an old classic pagoda Mercedes a few years back that I took note of. Basically it was a unit put inline with the accelerator cable. It when energised (when the AC was on) effectively added tension to the cable (shortening it ) and raising the revs to compensate for the AC compressor load.

Among other things, I thought his canopy lifters were pretty tidy
