From photos 2 & 4 I'd say that's a Charger VW kit, Dirk. Not the prettiest of kits imho

Yes, it's a Charger, a later derivation of Neville Trickett's Siva Saluki. Know the Charger by its shallower side window glazing and deep front spoiler...

I agree that it is nowhere near as sophisticated a kit as the Nova, but just imagine how cool it would have looked with flush bonded glass.

Also related are the Comet, Eurocco (aka SR1 and SR2), Saturn (aka Charger 2)... I've forgotten what the targa top one was called

And the Madison roadster of course!

The SS is a Ford version for Cortina running gear a MkIII SS/Ford and does seem to have lost quite a few bit for sure, that's what happens to so many kit cars, bought for their parts not as a project, inthis case a 1600 Pinto lump and a Cortina axle by the look of it.. Been messed about a lot and will need a lot of repair work just to bring it up to doable but at 500 still worthwhile as screen is intact. New kits and parts are available from Poly Creations, as well as Novas of course, so I don't get all bitter and twisted any more over the death of an Eagle SS (just twisted ).

The car in the background is certainly a Charger, very angular, I had a couple and in fact Ukhozi's chassis came with one but sold that body on.

The opinions expressed in my posts may not be made in a sound mind and should be taken in the spirit intended, Jack Daniels is fine. Autism isn't something you get or can be 'cured of', it is the way we are wired, differently.
