I used to use german&swedish when I had a bug, but thats twenty years out of date, other than that, I can think of vw heritage or ebay off the top of my head.
I didn't see that style on any of my searches so I can't say you'll get the same style unless you ask someone to fabricate it, or maybe someone else on the forum has a better answer?

    Hi Fiatzagato,

I see you're a relatively new member of the Forum ... so welcome!

It would be good to hear more about your car, so if you've got some time maybe you could start a thread under the 'Your Cars' heading? With Novas being so rare we love to hear all about (and see photos of) new ones when they appear! Your Mk2 Nova looks in pretty good original condition

From the photos it looks like the LHS silencer needs replaced but the pipework doesn't look too bad. If it's difficult to find a supplier of the whole system, would it be possible to keep the pipework and just replace a silencer (or 2?)

    Cheers,
    Alistair

It was a couple of years ago I bought my exhaust system. I actually wanted something like yours (i.e a trombone exhaust but with a facility to use heat exchangers. I was unable to find anything along these lines that allowed you to use heat exchangers so I ended up with empi dual cannons which are really nice (and loud). So if you eventually find a supplier post your reply up here as I may be interested too

Found these https://www.justaircooled.co.uk/low-...st-system.html - not quite the same as yours but they do allow heat exchangers to be fitted. I'm pretty sure these are the same as the ones I had on my first Nova back in 1986. I searched for something like this a couple of years ago but to no avail. Seems like they may be back on the market

This was my original Nova fitted with this type of exhaust. They sat low and as Chris said were very loud - but at least I could use the heat exchangers

The closest I've come to finding something remotely close to what he wants, is baja style exhausts, most, like the zooms are low hung and with that in mind, I keep going back to getting a fabricator to make them, or doing it yourself

I think best bet would be to keep that system, tart up the pipes and if needs be, new heat exchangers and a pair of new rear box's, al-a Mini Cooper.

I used an Ahnendorp B.A.S set up with modified tail pipes but I opted out on heat exchangers, like never gets cold down here.
