There is some good evidence to show that Vitamin D reduces the effect of Covid.
It does not stop you getting it, but it helps you shake it off quickly.

Firstly, I hope your daughter's symptoms are mild and that nobody else in the family gets it.

Really applaud your quick thinking ... the garage is the perfect place for you! That's some serious work going on there. I'm looking forward to seeing your project develop further ... if we send you some gas do you think you'll be able to finish it by the time you emerge from lockdown?

Thanks Alistair luckily my daughter like the majority of the young the symptoms are very mild .Seeing the car with the floor pans removed the Flintstones immediately came to mind

I've been spending time outside in the sunshine here for that very reason

Funny that, here we have 350 days of sun and the high infection rate. I take multi vitamins as well as my 5 a day meds. So far, so good.
Currently 26 degrees...

Oh go on rub it in I don't think we have seen the sun for a week and my fingers where numb when I came in from the workshop tonight. On the bright side we can drive kit cars over here
