Hi Steve I’m taking the 2lt twin cam and modified VW gearbox out and replacing it with the V6 and its 6 speed box, mounting it transversely

Finally removed the dashboard now wrestling with miles of wiring, most of it I don't need but it's all got to come out to be dissected

There's so many anonymous ecu black boxes, I'm having to look up part numbers to find there purpose to whether I need them or not

Had a productive day today, it’s so much easier when the car your taking the engine out of doesn’t matter and you can just cut the front off ,took an age to label every wire connection, still got to pull all the loom through the bulkhead

positive progress; reminds me when I labeled all my wires for the injection - it was then left for an extended period before I got back to it and all the writing on the labels had faded so I had to work it all out again! Hopefully you won't be leaving it that long `¬)

When I did mine I invested in a Brother Label Printer, the labels are laminated and oil and dirt resistant, plus I could read them versus my own handwriting...big bonus...LOL
