Looks like a well-made example. Not a Sterling of course, it's an Elam-era Mk2 Nova, with a set of later (Sam Cobley) square-tube canopy hinges. Love the wheels!

Yes I like the wheels too, they looked very familiar then I think I got it, 1970" 911 Fuchs style wheels.

Sounds desperate to sell ... which is surprising bearing in mind he’s only just advertised it after it’s been dormant for 14 years. Sent the seller a message via eBay saying that the car was being discussed on the forum. It sounds like he is being mucked about by quite a few people and just wants to sell.

There is a decent chance that you will get the same treatment if/when you sell on fleabay Mark, there are a lot of dreamers out there; any other websites are there for selling classic cars?
