Looks like a well-made example. Not a Sterling of course, it's an Elam-era Mk2 Nova, with a set of later (Sam Cobley) square-tube canopy hinges. Love the wheels!

Yes I like the wheels too, they looked very familiar then I think I got it, 1970" 911 Fuchs style wheels.

Sounds desperate to sell ... which is surprising bearing in mind he’s only just advertised it after it’s been dormant for 14 years. It’s a pity for him, but good news for any prospective buyer because £4.5k seemed a fair price to me. £4K would have been a better price to re-advertise at, and if it was me I’d have waited a wee while before re-posting ....

Sent the seller a message via eBay saying that the car was being discussed on the forum. It sounds like he is being mucked about by quite a few people and just wants to sell.
