There was a series of articles in Kit Car magazine way back in the 80's called Pipes Dream. It followed the build of a UVA Montage which was beetle based but had a Ford 2.0 pinto engine mid mounted with the transaxle turned around so that is was behind the engine.

I'm getting very tempted at that eBay Mirage Countach-
but its registered as a GMC Chevy? I guess that's due to the engine...

Personally I would want to know more about the V5. I always find it interesting when people conceal the index on all paperwork and vehicle so you cannot research.
The engine size is not the concern. The chassis and VIN are more important.
Me thinks it would have to go through IVA..

I see the Lambo kit went for £14.3k .... I doubt if anyone on Forum placed the winning bid, but you never know

definitely an interesting project and from what I understand, more likely to stay in one piece than the original Lancia

It's going top need a new screen as the existing one is delaminating at the edges. How easy is it to get a screen for one of these?

I can't remember the last time I saw one for sale (a replica) but I'm sure its going up to 18k + now originals are worth so much.

I don't get ebay auctions anyway, why bid until the last few minutes? This went up about 8k in an hour on launch.
